As a qualified and accredited trainer since 2018, I’ve been supporting my community of athletes and movers to feel stronger and to build a more personal relationship to exercise and training. It's my goal to support you to be and feel like an athlete, if you want.

A BIT ABOUT ME

As a professional trainer, my passion is to make movement and strength training accessible to all bodies. I am a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer and bring years of experience in education and youth work to my approach to teaching movement. My mantra; honor your body with strength, power with recovery.

COMMUNITY HIIT

I began leading this virtual class in early 2020 and our community has continued to grow and come together for 3 sessions a week ever since. I call this class Community HIIT with the intention of building a team of folks from across the country who want get stronger together.

 

We meet every Tuesday @ 4:30pm and Friday @ 2pm for strength training with dumbbells and every Sunday @ 9:30am for low-impact bodyweight strength training.

$15/ class - Class packages available upon request

PRIVATE TRAINING

I love opportunities to support athletes one on one or in small groups. As your private trainer, we can take time to address your unique goals and build a program that supports your relationship to movement and training and helps you to feel stronger.
