There are many different ways to engage your body, heart and mind in movement and training. I feel that exercise and working out can and must be FUN. This requires building our own personal relationships to strength training, along with strong community and great music!

COMMUNITY HIIT
I began leading this virtual class in early 2020 and our community has continued to grow and come together for 3 sessions a week ever since. I call this class Community HIIT with the intention of building a team of folks from across the country who want get stronger together.
We meet every Tuesday @ 4:30pm and Friday @ 2pm for strength training with dumbbells and every Sunday @ 9:30am for low-impact bodyweight strength training.
PRIVATE TRAINING
I love opportunities to support athletes one on one or in small groups. As your private trainer, we can take time to address your unique goals and build a program that supports your relationship to movement and training and helps you to feel stronger and more powerful in training and in life.
